How it works

SOS Security Managed Firewall Offering “SOS IT” is an outsourced managed firewall plus VPN service. It is based on Check Point® VPN-1 technology running on Check Point’s new UTM-1 Appliances. The Check Point option includes remote client termination and personal firewall services.

All SOS Security Managed Firewall solutions include 24/7 monitoring, management and administration. It includes, but is not limited to, security policy changes, VPN tunnel configurations, routing table updates, user-authentication database changes, as well as on-going version upgrades and system patches as necessary. Management-only solutions require the customer to own or purchase the supported configurations.
